Body Measurement Reference

Chest and waist values below refer to body circumference, not the width of a garment laid flat. IN = inches; CM = centimeters. Numeric clothing size is a size label and may differ from measured waist circumference.

How to Measure

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and comfortably close to your body.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waist with the tape comfortably snug, without pulling it tight.
  • Garment comparison: If a product page lists flat garment measurements, compare them with a similar item you already own. Lay the item flat without stretching it and measure at the same points shown on the product page.

Choosing Your Size

Consider the product's fit description and how you prefer to wear it. A relaxed or oversized style may fit differently from a regular or fitted style in the same labeled size. If you are between sizes, compare the product's garment measurements with your preferred fit before ordering.
